The Essex Wellbeing Service supports residences within Essex (excluding Southend and Thurrock) with establishing connections within the Community from local organisations and partnership working. By completing this enquiry, we will have a conversation on working collaboratively with referrals and clients for our service.
Please note, not all services are suitable to access our Single Case Management System, PDH Platform, and you may otherwise be promoted as a resource for our team.
