We know that stopping smoking can be challenging and our job is to support you every step of the way.

We understand the reasons why people smoke such as stress, boredom and when socialising, after meals or even with that morning coffee. We call these triggers and everyone has their own. Our Specialist Stop Smoking Advisers will work with you understand your triggers and finding ways to manage situations without reaching for cigarettes.

Smoking is a highly efficient means of supplying Nicotine to the brain and supports the addiction. Over a relatively short time period, Nicotine levels will drop but the brain’s solution to this is to prompt you via ‘cravings’ to smoke another cigarette.

Stop smoking medications like NRT and varenicline, or consumer products like e-cigarettes, can help reduce cravings and manage withdrawal symptoms experienced when stopping. These products vastly improve your chances of success, more so when combined with our specialist behavioural support.

You can find out how much you will be saving from quitting by using the smoking cost calculator.

With our support and medication, you are four times more likely to stop for good
