How to raise funds with your face this November

On average, men die six years earlier than women. The Movember movement works to tackle the male health crisis and aims to reduce the number of men dying prematurely by 25%. But there’s good news - there are plenty of ways you can help to support this cause.

How? Take a look at the fundraising ideas below...
  • Grow a moustache.
  • Move for Movember - by walking or running 60km (to symbolise the 60 men lost to suicide each and every hour across the world) throughout the month.
  • Host a Mo-ment - have a good time for a good cause.
  • Mo your own way - create your own challenge.

The benefits of taking part are huge. All money raised goes towards major health mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. A total of 1,250 projects so far.

There's no hesitation when we say we really need to do more to protect our men. Interestingly, 70% of men say their friends can rely on them for support, but only 48% say that they rely on their friends. This clearly highlights that we all need to get talking.

We understand that life can have its challenges. But you don't have to do it alone. There are plenty of resources specifically designed to help you feel better - mentally and physically.
