Professional Referral

If you are a healthcare professional you can easily refer someone to our service for support with anything from help with quitting smoking to emotional support.

Please be aware that we can only accept applications from people living in Essex, excluding Southend and Thurrock.

This does not apply to referrals made by Essex Police, which will be assessed and referred accordingly.

Health Checks

Those between 40 and 74 years old will be invited to an NHS Health Check every five years, as long as they don’t have any certain pre-existing conditions, such as heart disease, diabetes and more.
